You will learn and improve your body position, trail breaking, lines, gear changing, clutch control and track awareness. You can work on fixing any bad riding habits that you have picked up over the years and work on riding confidence if you are new to motorsport or recovering from an accident.

The skills learnt will be applicable to your big bike riding and will help in preparation for your big track day, where you’ll be shaving off seconds from your best lap.
