Please read these terms & conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By entering the promotion (as defined below), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. Please refer to paragraph 6.1 of these Terms which refers you to information explaining how the data you provide us with when entering this promotion will be used.
1. HOW TO ENTER
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all BikeSocial Members. Further information on the Promotion and further instructions on how to enter can be found on the BikeSocial Member page at https://rewards.bennetts.co.uk/.
1.2 You can enter the Promotion by logging into your BikeSocial Member account and completing the online entry form at [https://rewards.bennetts.co.uk/rewards/win-weise-Ion-heated-gloves]. Entrants must supply full details as required by the entry form.
1.3 You may only submit one entry to this Promotion. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion.
1.4 By submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
2. START DATE AND CLOSING DATE
2.1 This Promotion will start on 3rd November 2023.
2.2 The closing date for entries to this Promotion is 31 December 2023 at 11:59pm (“Closing Date”). Entries received by us after this time (whether or not they were submitted before) will be void and will not be entered into this Promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 To enter this Promotion, you must be a BikeSocial Member, resident of the UK and be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
3.2 You will require a computer or other internet-enabled device and an internet connection to enter the Promotion. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure permission is gained from the owner of the computer and the individual who pays for the internet service provider. No refund may be claimed for expenses related to the use of an internet connection for the purpose of participating in this Promotion.
3.3 The following persons are not eligible to enter:
3.3.1 our employees or workers, or the employees or workers of any company in our group;
3.3.2 agents, dealers, dealer staff or contractors of Key Wholesale Ltd or Weise;
3.3.3 employees or workers of any organisation involved in the operation or administration of this Promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies; and
3.3.4 members of their immediate families.
3.4 Entries will be void if they:
3.4.1 do not comply with these Terms;
3.4.2 are incomplete or illegible; or
3.4.3 are considered by the promoter to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of this Promotion.
3.5 We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.
3.6 Our decision as to whether an entrant (or their entry) is eligible for this Promotion is final and we are not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.
4. PRIZE
4.1 The prize is supplied by Weise and is a pair of Weise Ion Heated Motorcycle Gloves worth £199. No cash alternative is available.
4.2 The winner is responsible for arranging (and bearing the costs of) all costs incidental to the fulfilment of the prize or associated with the use of the prize that are not expressly described in paragraph 4.1 above.
4.3 If necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, we may (at our option) substitute the prize for a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value.
4.4 The prize is for the named winner only and cannot be given or transferred to any other person.
5. SELECTION AND CONTACTING OF THE WINNER
5.1 One winner will be selected at random by software provided from all valid entries received before the Closing Date and verified by us and or our agents.
5.2 Winner selection will take place on 2nd January 2024 or such other date as we may notify to entrants in writing.
5.3 Once chosen, we will notify the winner as soon as possible using the contact details provided in the entry.
5.4 Reasonable efforts will be made to make contact the winner over a period of two weeks. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the prize will be forfeited and alternative winner will be selected at random in accordance with paragraph 5.1.
5.5 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 14 days from the date we notify you that you have won to order your prize with Weise.
5.6 If you do not claim the prize by this date your claim will become invalid.
6. PUBLICITY AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 We will use your personal information only in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
6.2 The name of the winner will be published at bennetts.co.uk after the Closing Date.
6.3 Entrants who do not want their name and county included on the list of winners referred to above must notify us within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of this Promotion. See clause 9 below for our contact details.
6.4 The winner of this promotion may be asked to participate in publicity.
7. OUR LIABILITY
We will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party.
