What does it entail?

Rotor Adventures is an off-road motorcycle experiences company founded by Dakar and enduro rider, Stan Watt in 2018 in association with Yamaha UK, Crescent Motorcycles and Rogershill Raceway in Dorset. It offers an off-road school in the UK and Northern Spain, trail riding experiences and extensive off-road tours in the UK, Spain, Portugal and Morocco.

How much does is cost?

One day trail ride in Dorset starts at £70 (with own bike and gear) to £250 (with hire bike and kit), one day coached off-road training are from £90 to £250, and off-road tours to the likes of Spain and Portugal start at about £1100.

Where does it take place?

The Rotor Adventures Off-Road School is based at Rogershill Raceway Enduro & MX facility, near to Dorchester, Dorset.

How long does it take?

1 day-8 days.

Do I use my own bike?

You can, but Yamaha WR250Fs and Ténérés are available.

What kit do I need?

Usual off-road riding kit, which is also available.

What will I learn?

“Our objective is to give everyone an opportunity to experience the fun and enjoyment offered by off-road motorcycling, along with both the physical and mental health benefits surrounding the sport and as a leisure activity. Rotor Adventures Off-Road Experience is open to everyone wanting to try off-road riding, to familiarise yourself with some ageing skills or to just have some fun.”
