What does it entail?

If you want to sample pit bikes and try one on track there’s nowhere better to go than here. Former pit bike racer Alex Radu organises pit bike racing, rentals, training courses and experiences to make this your ideal entry point into this micro motorbike sport.

How much does is cost?

Full day outdoor track days cost £175; evening session (6-10pm, 4 x 20min sessions) indoor track days cost £155; and ‘cone training’ 2-hour sessions of drills aimed at improving your riding £155.

Where does it take place?

Various. Outdoor track days are at Whilton Mill (NN11 2NH) Apr-Oct only; indoor track evenings are at M4 Karting (SN14 6GU) and cone training is on Saturdays at a location in either Croydon or Camberley

How long does it take?

2 hours to all day

Do I use my own bike?

You can outdoors, but M2R Racing 140/160cc Supermoto Pit Bikes are provided.

What kit do I need?

Usual track gear – leathers, boots, helmet, gloves back protector.

What will I learn?

At the outdoor track day, you'll start your day with a briefing and then have sessions throughout the day with a debrief in between each. You’ll also be given a real time tuition during your sessions. You'll get plenty of tips and tricks that you will be able to apply to road riding and track riding. The indoor track has a slightly different surface to the outdoor track, so you'll be able to learn skills appropriate for this surface grip. While cone training comprises a set of drills on a pit bike aimed at helping to improve different aspects of your riding such as: throttle control, coordination, body position, precision movement, braking and more.
