Description

Founded by Paul Jennings, one of the top UK stunt riders

What does it entail?

Next Level Wheelie School was founded by Paul Jennings, one of the top UK stunt riders, and Ryan O'Sullivan with the idea of both improving riding skills and confidence on a motorcycle and also teach riders how to safely conduct wheelies, one of the most fun motorcycling stunts of all! “We believe that learning such skill can be an incredible tool to improving overall bike control, making you a safer and more competent rider.”

How much does is cost?

£270 for one day course.

Where does it take place?

Four locations in Bovington, Grantham, South Cerney and Woodbridge.

How long does it take?

One day.

Do I use my own bike?

No, specially prepared Kawasaki ZX-6Rs with anti-flip devices are used.

What kit do I need?

“We require all students to wear a full set of motorcycle safety gear, including a DOT approved helmet, leather or textile jacket, gloves, sturdy pants (jeans or riding pants), and boots that cover your ankles. Knee pads are optional but highly recommended.”

What will I learn?

Three levels of course are offered, Level 1 (sit down wheelie basics) is designed for beginners as an introductory course to learn how to safely lift the front wheel. Level 2 is for those who have already completed Level 1 and able to clutch up safely every time. Here you learn how to use the back brake allowing you to control and modulate the wheelie height without relying exclusively on the anti-flip devices. Level 3 is for stand-up wheelies where you need to have your right foot covering the back brake and your left foot on the passenger rear peg giving you a strong anchoring point to stand up and maintain control.
