A chance to develop skills with qualified instructors

What does it entail?

IAM RoadSmart Skills Days allow drivers and riders, using their own car or motorcycle, the chance to develop their skills with qualified instructors, using five iconic racing circuits as a classroom.

How much does is cost?

£95 for half a day (where offered) £245 for full day

Croft, Knockhill, Mallory, Thruxton, Bicester

Do I use my own bike?

Yes

What kit do I need?

Usual track kit, including a back protector

What will I learn?

 “The sessions are open to both IAM RoadSmart members and the general public, allowing attendees a rare chance to learn precision driving and riding techniques on a racing circuit, and to develop new skills that they can use when back on public roads. Drivers and riders will either work one-to-one with an instructor, or as part of a small group, and will be given the opportunity to put their new knowledge to practice on a track.”
