What does it entail?

The California Superbike School was founded in 1980 by Keith Code and delivers its programmes worldwide. The UK version operates at a number of UK and circuits and is suitable for riders of all abilities – from newly qualified riders to pro-racers. The world class coaching team are not only technically proficient, but they are also qualified and friendly instructors, too. The school has a proven track record and delivers real results – with all of its students seeing material improvements in their riding.

For 2025 there are 8 CSS schools across the UK at Donington GP Circuit, Bedford Autodrome, Brands Hatch Indy Circuit, and Oulton Park.

All day.

Do I use my own bike?

Yes, which most do, but a selection of new Kawasakis are also available as hire bikes.

What kit do I need?

Leathers, ACU approved helmet, boots, gloves, full-length back protector. No hire kit is available.

What will I learn?

“The California Superbike School‘s syllabus consists of four levels of training, each of which is delivered in a single day. All students are required to undertake the levels in order. Each level covers a range of technical skills and drills which are taught off-track and practised on-track. An individual debrief follows each on-track session. Classroom briefings are given by a world class seminarist who has been trained personally by Keith Code.”
